Chester Floral Scroll Hand-Knotted Rug - Stone Grey / Pearl - 6'-0" X

Elaborate classical scrolling foliage and palmette forms bring traditional architectural poise to contemporary interiors. Luminous pearl linework traces delicate contrast across a warm stone grey ground. Tied one knot at a time. The process is slow and exacting, and the rug holds its pattern and structure for generations. The 1/8-inch pile creates a smooth, finely detailed surface. Premium wool blended with bamboo silk gains depth and character with age. The Chester Collection is rug making artistry at its best, with traditionally styled area rugs made using a pure soft wool pile and silky smooth viscose designs. Chester area rugs are masterfully hand-knotted with grand central motifs and a shimmering finish. An ornamental layout of sweeping acanthus scrolls, palmettes, and floral borders presents classical botanical structure through clean linear contrast. A muted stone grey ground traced with soft pearl yarns, creating refined contrast that catches the light. The balanced earth tones ground an open room without overwhelming existing furnishings.
