Metro Chain Border Hand-Tufted Rug - Grey / Ivory - 6'-0" x 6'-0"

An open, solid field framed by an interlocking chain border brings tailored architectural definition to contemporary and transitional rooms. An expanse of light gray provides a clean neutral ground, balanced by crisp ivory accents along the patterned band. Tufted by hand from pure wool with viscose accents, carved along the motif outlines to give the chain links raised dimension. The 1/2-inch pile combines wool with soft viscose accents, creating a resilient, cushioned surface underfoot. Naturally durable wool fibers maintain their loft and deepen in character over years of use. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. A continuous geometric border of interlocking circular links frames an expansive open field. The tailored motif delivers architectural structure without crowding the central floor space. A calm silvery sage field is framed by a soft ivory border band with carved slate-grey chain motifs. The balanced, mineral-toned neutrals ground a light-filled space while introducing subtle textural sheen.
