Metro Patchwork Tile Hand-Tufted Wool Rug - Silver / Ivory - 6'-0" X

An architectural grid of geometric panels and carved floral medallions pairs modern graphic structure with tactile folk motifs. Soft ivory motifs create subtle, low-contrast definition across the light silver-gray ground. Tufted by hand from pure wool, using high-low pile carving to outline each motif with crisp dimensional relief. The 3/8-inch wool pile balances plush cut pile elements over a dense, looped ground. Pure wool naturally recovers from foot traffic and deepens in luster over time. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. A structured patchwork layout organizing carved rosettes, trellis bands, and geometric registers into balanced repeating panels. The composite grid gives modern order to collected global patterns. A heathered slate grey looped base supports raised ivory motifs with fine charcoal flecking throughout. The cool balanced neutral softens strong architectural lines in bright spaces.
