Metro Plaid Hand-Tufted Rug - Ivory / Rust - 2'-3" x 8'-0"

An architectural windowpane plaid rendered in varied horizontal bands brings structured rhythm to contemporary and transitional spaces. A neutral ivory field sets a calm foundation accented by warm rust tones. Crafted by hand in India with dense loop tufting that defines the geometric bands. The 3/8-inch pile provides a firm, textured surface. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. A deconstructed windowpane grid paired with wide horizontal blocks delivers graphic order with a tailored, modern finish. An oatmeal ground carries variegated bands of warm terracotta, muted ochre, slate grey, and dusty rose. The grounded warm tones bring balanced warmth to open, sunlit spaces.
