Metro Plaid Hand-Tufted Wool Rug - Light Brown / Blue - 6'-0" x 6'-0"

An oversized architectural check brings structured geometric scale to contemporary and transitional spaces. A warm light brown ground pairs with soft blue accents in a calm, balanced contrast. Tufted by hand from pure wool, creating a dense surface that maintains the crispness of the woven grid pattern. The 3/8-inch wool pile provides a firm, resilient surface while cushioning foot traffic. Natural wool fibers soften over time and age with character. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. An oversized windowpane check uses varying band widths to create a balanced modern plaid. Linear crosshatching across the bands softens the geometric grid. Warm light brown tones balance cool blue accents across open woven blocks. The balanced tones bring warmth to airy, sunlit spaces.
