Metro Trailing Floral Border Hand-Tufted Wool Rug - Rust / Beige

An open golden field is framed by asymmetric trailing floral branches that bridge classic botanical artistry with transitional warmth. Rich wine and warm rust tones set up a high-contrast dynamic against the lighter tan ground. Tufted by hand from pure wool, providing a dense, supportive pile that holds intricate floral outlines sharp and clear. The 5/8-inch wool pile offers substantial cushioning underfoot with natural resilience against daily compression. Pure wool fibers naturally repel soil and gain character over time. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. Flowing botanical branches and varied blossom heads trail across the outer perimeter of an open rectangular field. The asymmetrical composition gives traditional floral ornament a relaxed, contemporary rhythm. A rich brick red ground is framed by a neutral taupe border with accents of ochre gold, dusty rose, sky blue, and sage. The warm saturated base anchors bright natural light in expansive rooms.
