Metro Woodgrain Hand-Tufted Wool Rug - Dark Grey / Ivory - 2'-3" X

An open composition of concentric, contoured line work pairs modern organic abstraction with textural pile depth. A quiet ivory ground carries the pattern, framed by soft dark grey lines that create gentle tonal contrast. Tufted by hand from pure wool, creating a dense surface that holds the dynamic contour lines crisp. The 3/8-inch wool pile feels firm yet yielding underfoot, deepening in character over time. The Metro Rug Collection features the newest classy-casual area rugs by Safavieh. Metro rugs are hand-tufted using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing. You'll find a smart selection of decor-friendly designs perfect for any living room, family room or bedroom. Curving linear contours sweep across the field in overlapping fluid currents. The continuous abstract motif lends subtle movement to contemporary rooms without overwhelming surrounding furnishings. A warm ivory ground is traced with soft slate grey accents within the recessed grooves. The gentle contrast brightens low-light rooms while concealing light surface tracking.
