Suzani Scroll Damask Hand-Hooked Wool Rug - Light Green / Ivory

An expressive suzani pattern weaves oversized rosettes and scrolling acanthus vine work into a rhythmic bohemian statement. A light green ground sets off crisp ivory scrollwork with gentle, balanced contrast. Hooked by hand with pure wool loops that lock in detailed linework and give the surface substantive body. The 3/8-inch looped wool pile offers firm, resilient support underfoot. Pure wool naturally repels dirt and deepens in luster over time. The distinctive charm of boho rug artistry is superbly captured in the Suzani Rug Collection. Warm and welcoming, the engaging motifs of Suzani come to life in vibrant colors, imparting contemporary qualities on this marvelous collection. Made using pure wool with a cushion-soft cotton backing, Suzani rugs turn subtle style into sublime home décor. A continuous network of swirling acanthus vines and embroidered suzani sunburst medallions fills the field from edge to edge. Hand-knotted tassel fringe trims the ends for an authentic collected finish. A soft sage ground anchors warm ochre, taupe, and slate blue floral medallions outlined in cream and charcoal loops. The earthy composition warms up bright, sunlit rooms.
